Change Environment To Lose Weight
I’ve a new design on my blog, I want it to reflect the positive energy of weight loss. I want to look like the coconut girl on the top left, white bikini, flower in the hair, and a fresh coconut in my hand on a summer day, but except for the big head of course ;;) My old blog reflected the feelings of calming home and comfort, which is not aligning with my goal at the moment. I think changing the surroundings will help you achieve success in weight loss.
Here are a few more tips:
- I used to have cookies at home in case I want some, but always ended up eating more than I should. So don’t have cookies or other sweets lying around in your house, and then relying on the will power not to eat too many.
- Buy some exercise equipments for easy access, so you don’t have to go to the gym for the lazy days.
- Have you seen Google workplace where they use stability balls in the office? You can incorporate the stability balls in your home too and use it like a chair, sit and bounce on it, or do a mini exercise as you watch TV, talk on the phone or working.
If you have more tips and ideas, please do share them.

Mmm, I like the new lay-out! And those are great tips!
I often sit on my balance ball when working at the computer. It’s easier on my back.
Take just half a cookie!
hanlie, thank you! hmm, that makes me think maybe I could use it everywhere and get rid all of the chairs and the sofa, it would bring more space into my home
Great tips and nice look for the site!
I need to use my balance ball more, come to think of it!
