I’m heading out soon to see the Hunger games which I’ve been putting off for a while. I’m taking the opportunity to get some exercise by walking to town instead of taking the bus. It’s going to be at least 6 km (3.7 miles) :)

 

I’m very happy that I walked 5 km (3.1 miles) tonight. After a discussion with M’s father about training, we’ve came up with why I think it’s so boring to exercise. It’s important to stimulate the brain with various forms of exercises in order to start making it fun. I’ll try to do more activities like playing tennis, lifting weights, running, bowling, dancing, aerobics, or play golf.

 

Stormy shit weather! So today’s workout is dance with the Black Eyed Peas on Wii.

Coordination skill, we should not talk about that=)

 

I haven’t exercised for a long time so it was great to get out to the trail this afternoon. The weather was windy today, but it was calmer in the forest.

 

10 lunges (each leg)

 

This morning I did 2 minutes of jumping jacks and counter push-ups. Today’s meals are the same as yesterday – smoothie, bread with almond butter, pasta, and vegetables omelet. Today’s exercises are jumping jacks and leg lifts.

Day 8 – 55 jumping jacks and 10 leg lifts.

 

It’s workout day 7.

It’s day 2. I almost forgot the workout. Here we go. :)

35 jumping jacks.

15 crunches.

 

Day 1. My first thought, 30 jumping jacks. Oh my gosh! Ok I’ll split up the routine, I thought. But 30 jumping jacks, it’s nothing. :)

Last week I mentioned Zombie, Run!, an app that integrate running with a game. I’ve almost finish mission one. It’s so much fun to walk and run now. I start in a small town with a population of 60, consisting of housing, hospital, armory, food, comms and recreation places. I go out on missions, and collect things that I can use to level up my town later. Sometimes I encounter zombies and then I’ve to hurry and run. You can turn off the zombie chases if you want, especially if it’s dark outside. :)
