My taste buds during the whole 30 have improved a lot so things like ice cream didn’t taste as good anymore. I ate a lot of junk food in the past few days to see if it tasted the same like before and you can guess how I feel. Tired and motivation to do things was horrible. However, I will not continue with the whole 30 because it feels too strict for me.
My new plan is to eat less but more often instead, because I have more energy to move more.
