Handling cravings

I better get in the game and start reporting my weekly result again. Mentally, I can handle my late night cravings pretty well now. The painful feelings are the same whether I choose to eat late at night or not. If I don’t give in to my cravings it’s painful. But if I do give into them then I still have this painful feeling of being fat. So I let the craving ride out and accept the pain. I would rather endure short term pain of not eating than long term pain of always being fat.

Goal for May

My goal for May is -2kg (-4.4lbs). Last week I lost 1 kg but now I’m up as much again. It’s probably just water that accumulates in the body. I just have to keep on fighting. Do you want to see an impressive before and after picture of another? Click here. It only differs 300g (0.7lbs) between the pictures! Amazing, huh? So don’t trust the scale blindly.

Marathon shopping

Today I spent all the afternoon shopping, does it counts as exercise? =) I rarely shop because I’ve a hard time finding clothes that fit me, but I’m so happy today because I found lots of wonderful pants, tops and dresses. Next mission, finding gorgeous shoes!
