I better get in the game and start reporting my weekly result again. Mentally, I can handle my late night cravings pretty well now. The painful feelings are the same whether I choose to eat late at night or not. If I don’t give in to my cravings it’s painful. But if I do give into them then I still have this painful feeling of being fat. So I let the craving ride out and accept the pain. I would rather endure short term pain of not eating than long term pain of always being fat.
