oat meal + almond milk + mixed nuts + apple sauce w/o sugars
It’s been a while since I blogged, and my weight has gone up! I thought, with help of blogging, it would take a couple of years to lose weight, but I’m still struggle. Come to think of it I hadn’t really made any lifestyle change or it wouldn’t be any struggle, right? I’ve no motivations whatsoever. What can I do? I figured I would start with eating healthy breakfasts for 30 days or until it becomes a good habit and then move on to the next meal. I really don’t like to exercise, perhaps adding some easy yoga moves in the morning (before breakfast) will strengthen my mind and metabolism.
