The dinner wasn’t that good so I had some ice cream after.

 

I wanted to make omelet but I didn’t have any egg at home so I ended up eating the same lunch and dinner. Tomorrow is the weigh-in day, so exciting :)

I’m up pretty early because M has to go to work plus it’s daylight saving today (in Sweden). I’m having smoothie for breakfast again but going to switch up a little bit tomorrow. I accidentally bought wrong mixed greens with arugula…it’s just too powerful!

M. is working today so I made glass noodles omelet  for lunch for myself. I ate what’s left over for dinner and a cupcake. I put 4 cupcakes in the freezer, and M. took the rest to his work. So no more cupcakes :)

This green melon smoothie tastes….different. It’s not my favorite.

 

I hardly dared to eat a cupcake…but I won over my fear and ate it anyway :P I was going to eat stir fry quorn with cashew nuts for dinner, but  the cupcakes took so long time so I make omelet instead.

I’m craving for pasta this week. So easy to make too :) I don’t know if I like zucchini cakes or not…but M. loves it.

Breakfast (baguette with mozzarella cheese, and green tea. I woke up very early this morning and didn’t have any ice to make the smoothie so I skipped it.):
