Cauliflower soup with Lebanese pita bread

 

Breakfast (soymilk blueberry smoothie, toast and almond butter):

 

Scramble egg with fresh spinach, oolong tea and raspberry.

 

Today’s lunch (raspberry parfait):

 

Today’s goal is to eat a little bit less and drink more water and green tea.

This week I feel tired and I want to snack more. I think my body hasn’t adjust to daylight saving time yet.

Snack (Thai dessert):

Dinner (garlic & cashew noodle salad. I used spaghetti instead.):

Yesterday was awful. Back to smoothie breakfast again. Now I feel great and ready for the day :D
