What does anti-aging means to you?
For most people it may means looking and feeling younger. Is it possible? What’s your view? For me it means longevity and age gracefully without disease and sickness. As I get older I try to live healthy by eating fruits and vegies, drink more water and eat supplements. But I think I have to take care of my skin too, because it is getting dryer and losing its elasticity. I use sunblock everyday before going outdoor, clean my face twice a day and apply moisturizer or night cream before going to bed. It makes me feel better.
