7656 steps!

I’ve gained 3 kg (6,6lbs) in the past month and my body doesn’t response very well. I’m trying to take better care of myself. Today I walked 7656 steps which is about 5km (3,1 miles). When I got home I made a smoothie/sorbet made of 125g (4.4 oz) frozen raspberries, 65ml (2.2 fl oz) coconut milk and 1 tsp honey. Refreshing good!
