Weight Change Last Week

Last week went very well, not in term of pounds lost but in term of unhealthy habits such as binging and late night eating. I’m feeling very confidence right now that I’ll do well this week too. As far as the exercise goes I’m going to have to wait. If there’s nothing wrong don’t fix it, right? :)

    True, if it isn’t broke don’t fix it, but make sure to keep it in good repair so it doesn’t brake ;)

    Yes, you do need a healthy mix of good eating and activity. It doesn’t have to be lengthy, intense cardio to work. Walking is easy and cheap! ;-)

    Congrats on getting the unhealthy habits reined in!

    Another example disproving the myth of exercise for weight loss. Weight is built in the kitchen. Exercise is done for health.

    Congrats on the loss! I think adding some exercise, even a little, can just increase your weightloss AND making you feel more positive!
