I ve looked through your diet. You eat to much starches to be able to lose weight (fat) efficently. When you cut out starches you ll see a lot of weight comming off quickly and if you stay away from starches you ll obtain a lean body.
The way you eat starches is only recommended to people that do a lot of cardio, like running 4-5 times a week. When I scoop your workout plan I can tell it is not enough for the amount of starches you take in.
Listen to Zuzanas advice, starches only after work out. Its a great tip.
I lost 35kg after my first child. I am now around 58 kg and have two children 1.65cm, 18% bodyfat so I know what you are going through, but you do not have to lose 35 kg!
I drink a lot of miso soup and eat raw fruit and leafy greens at all my meals. I avoid all starchy fruits and vegetables. Focus on eating low calorie foods only and think of food as nutrition. Eat to live, not the other way around. Also realise, that it is not possible to keep a lean, nonfat body if you eat whatever you want whenever. Its a lifetime change, lifetime commitment.

No, not offended at all. These are great tips. Thanks for sharing! I’m aware of my starches problem and I’m doing something about it, cutting back a little. But I can’t cut back that much. It would feel as if I’m on a diet.

Perhaps adding miso soup to my meals will help me to eat less food/carbs. I’ll try that, thanks!
